I disagree with this, I think every page, article, how to, FAQ, whatever every piice of document no matter how small needs to be categorized, it makes it easy for a new user to find stuff, far easier and quicker. The categories and sub cats needs to be reviewed as well
Does everything need to be in a category? No, not all pages need to be categorized. These Help pages are a good example. They exist on their own and don't need to be lumped in with the rest of the Knowledge Base.
