I think we can discuss here the pros and cons for each choice In this way the primary page will remain "immaculate" I'll try to make the same "layout"

  • Zarafa - cons = additional costs for some functionality
  • Horde 5.x
  • eGroupware - pros = 100% free for needed features - no aditional costs (see Zarafa with Outlook) , email, calender, virtual file system, address book (synchronize with android phone), multiple email identities in one login, modules for projects, timewriting, wiki, helpdesk (creating tickets) community_vs_Enterprise
