SME 8.0 Tracking

bugzilla:3640 is the tracking bug for the release of sme8 (currently tracking beta 5)

bugzilla:5766 is the tracking bug for bugs to be verified after the beta 5 ISO is released

Other bugs can have blocks set to bugs that have blocks set, generally to the above two, but could also be set to a bug not being fixed.

The rest, without blocks, are the bugs that are not going to be fixed for beta 5
