If the system was correctly configured it should install using the --enablerepo= parameters, if they are necesarry at all as the application seems to come from default configured repositories.
Please fix this page (and it's french translation) quickly as it contains a lot of non-standard and badly documented installtion commands and instructions. It does not adhere to the standard formatting used in this wiki:
* capitalization (of words and starting of sentences)
* incomplete sentences
* rework the sectioning as it is total chaos
