Now the problem is that OCS locates the "download" folder in ''/home/e-smith/files/ibays/Primary/html/download/'' instead of ''/opt/inventory/ocs/download''

I think they use the Apache real "DocumentRoot" to locate this folder...

Adding the download folder in Primary ibay with www:www 0770 corrected the upload problem but this folder shouldn't go in the Primary ibays for many reasons!
