Enter following command on the console as root:
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set maxIbayNameLength [newsize]
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set maxAcctNameLength [newsize]
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set maxGroupNameLength [newsize]
Followed by:
/sbin/e-smith/signal-event console-save
