SME Server has never supported laptop PCMCIA network adaptors. This being said, some possible workarounds have been identified in [[Bugzilla:1246]]

*When I try to install SMESERVER, it gets to SATA Driver installation and I get "Disabling INT 10)" and the system hangs.
Try holding SHIFT while the CD boots. At the boot: prompt, type:
boot: sme acpi=off
