1.  Download all rpms to a fresh SME 9.1 install.

2.  yum localinstall *.rpm

# yum localinstall *.rpm

3.  signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot

4.  Once the server comes back up, provision the domain with:  signal-event provision-domain-controller admin_password

5.  config setprop smb legacy enabled
