Users running Windows XP and using either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome will experience certificate errors when visiting web sites with LetsEncrypt certificates issued before March 25, 2016.  Firefox on Windows XP does not have this problem.  This results from a broken SSL implementation in Windows XP.  Certificates issued since March 25, 2016 have implemented a workaround and should now work correctly with all browsers under Windows XP.
