Meanwhile the contrib author update the contrib, and when you identify those outdated panels, leave only the correct panels under /etc/e-smith/web/functions, run the navigation-conf command, and then move all outdated panel, but not run the last command again. You will get a correct navigation panel in server-manager, and under "Unknown" title all those outdated panels.
