vim /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/sogo/sogo.conf/20MYOPTIONS

Add you modifications

SOGoMailComposeMessageType = html;

Expand and restart sogo

signal-event sogo-modify

If you want to go back, then

rm -f /etc/e-smith/templates/etc/sogo/sogo.conf/20MYOPTIONS

signal-event sogo-modify
