The initial members of the Board of Directors shall be the three elected members of the Leadership Committee, and two members chosen by the Corporate Sponsor. Meeting minutes and records of any activities undertaken by the Board of Directors shall be kept. These documents, the financial records of SME Server, Inc., and any documents caused to be created by the board, or that are legally required, shall be made available to the public and posted on the website in a timely manner.
