* Mission statement.
To foster the creation, distribution, and maintainance of a free
integrated, all-in-one server operating system with bundled applications
designed for homes, small businesses, and medium-size businesses,
licensed under the GNU General Public License. The server operating
system will be focused on simplicity, stability and security, designed
to be operated by people with no technical background, while providing
a platform for technical users to extend.
* Interim Board
An interim Board to be formed for a period of three months. The primary purpose of this Board will be the registration a non-profit corporation called SME Server Foundation, Inc. in the state of Oregon. The initial board of directors approves the subsequent Board at expiration of its three months term. This initial Board of Directors may also do some incidental business admin tasks to complete organization of the non-profit corporation and will consist of:
