I'm unclear on namespaces

should contribs (and just about everything) be under the SME_Server namespace or SME_Server:Contrib

further can we rename SME_Server to sme to save on typing and increase clarify

wikipedia.org puts almost everything in wiki/

(but not wiki: what is the difference, cosmetic ?)
