This comment was already in the Howto: "Dansguardian uses port 8080 for web proxy requests. If your browser does not use port 8080 then Dansguardian filtering will be bypassed. To force this usage & prevent users bypassing filtering you should do ALL the following steps: "
It seems superfluous to add a seperate Note box saying exactly the same thing 6 lines further down the page.
Perhaps David did not fully read the original Howto text.
