Hi soprom, are you sure you enabled Innodb on mysql before installing zarafa?

Since version 6.30 you need to enable innodb otherwise the server won't start. I have version 6.30-2.16545 running as expected for over two months on sme8b4 and had similar issues when istalling zarafa. See note box just below Zarafa#Installation on the zarafa contrib page. There are posts on the forums covering this issue.
