There are many reasons why you wouldn't be to access the server-manager. First try:
-access server command line
-signal-event post-upgrade
-signal-event reboot
If you still can access, there are reports that the certificates mis-match might have occured after update. In that case:
-access server command line
-rm /home/e-smith/ssl.key/*.key
-rm /home/e-smith/ssl.pem/*.pem
-rm /home/e-smith/ssl.crt/*.crt
-signal-event domain-modify
-signal-event reboot
