BaseURL 'http://<yourServersIP or FQDN>/repos/smeserver/releases/<SME RELEASE>/smeupdates/$basearch' \
EnableGroups yes \
GPGCheck yes \
Visible no \
status disabled
To enable the changes:
signal-event yum-modify
Just to be sure, give yum a fresh start:
yum clean all
