VALIDATION ROUTINES
validate_smarthost
Returns OK if smarthost is valid.
Returns SMARTHOST_VALIDATION_ERROR and pushes us back to the first page otherwise.

Returns some extra values for localise() that are used to evaluate embedded vars in localised text.
