I really like the layout and the style of the first page of the wiki from MythTV (http://mythtv.org/wiki).

On top of that I would make the source of the main page viewable, but I would prefer not all users to have edit rights on it as this will be the main placeholder.

the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quick links are all help related

they can go on the 'Wiki Help' page,

ie have a central page for help questions
