I have problem downloading with wget.. I have to download manually instead.

What I get is this file :

modules.php?op=modload&name=CmodsDownload&file=index&req=viewdownloadd

Are you sure it works?

Don't forget " when you use wget. As it's write here http://wiki.contribs.org/Service_Control 

wget "http://www.vanhees.cc/modules.php?op=modload&name=CmodsDownload&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=329"
