centos has 1.0.14-6, sorry, I'll reopen the bug if you like

I have rpms in shad's list of things to do, it's just a bottle neck that we have to be patient with

when .17 is working we can update to sane .19

when in smecontribs it will build for sme8 as well(when sme is ready for contrib testing)
