After you do the signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot visit server-manager and open Web Statistics under Administration. Enable AWstats and change any options you wish. Once enabled, you will need to wait until the log files are processed to see anything. When there are processed logs for a domain you will see the option Show under AWStats.
