I am not so sure about the category tagging. I have noticed that the category : howto is used for HowTo's. This Manual has served it's purpose of organising thoughts.
I propose to split it up into separate pages with catagory : howto tags
then remove it Snoble 00:37, 7 April 2007 (EDT)

well it was a proposal and needn't be removed, The content can remain but in a form that is also exposed into catagory howto, I started doing this with
- NutUPS
- MySQL
