I would suggest to remove the Category:Howto because now the French Translations page http://wiki.contribs.org/Translations/fr appears at http://wiki.contribs.org/Category:Howto Instead I would add the Category:Howto to the English original http://wiki.contribs.org/Translations
That way one would be directed to the English page and could then use the language bar to go to the French version.
