Description
osCommerce is an Open Source based online shop e-commerce solution that is available for free under the GNU General Public License. It features a rich set of out-of-the-box online shopping cart functionality that allows store owners to setup, run, and maintain their online stores with minimum effort and with no costs, fees, or limitations involved. You can download this package here. If you would like to save it directly on your SME Server, you should give this command at a linux-prompt
wget http://mirror.contribs.org/smeserver/contribs/sgomez/contribs/oscommerce/smeserver-oscommerce-2.2rc1-2.noarch.rpm
Installation and Uninstall
For installation just hit the following command
yum localinstall *.rpm
For uninstall just hit the following command
yum remove smeserver-oscommerce
You can ignore the yum-comments signal event post-upgrade and signal-event reboot.
Use
To use osCommerce, start your favorite browser at http://yourdomain.com/oscommerce.
The administration panel is available at https://yourdomain.com/oscommerce/admin.
