/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set maxAcctNameLength [newsize]
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set maxAcctNameLength xx
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set maxGroupNameLength [newsize]
/sbin/e-smith/db configuration set maxGroupNameLength xx
where 'xx' is the new size e.g. 15.
